  with special guests the Girls Choir of St Mary’s Pro-Cathedral, Dublin
• Boys Choir Festival
  26 June 2022, Leeds Cathedral
  11 am Mass and 2.30 pm Concert
  includes the world premieres of special commissions by Anthony Gray and Daniel Justin
• Keyboard Studies Programme Pupils’ Concert
  3 July 2022, 3 pm, Leeds Cathedral
• Roxanna Panufnik ‘in conversation’ with Philip Moore
  5 July 2022, a 6.30 pm concert with Leeds Cathedral Choir in Leeds Cathedral, followed by an interview with the famous composer at 7.00 pm in Wheeler Hall

David Grealy, Leeds Cathedral’s new Assistant Organist, leads a class on improvisation, open to players of all ages and abilities. Click here to see more information.

St Andrews Organ Week is a long-established course for amateur and young organists of all abilities.  Participants enjoy a busy programme of daily one-to-one and group lessons, optional workshops (on improvisation, service playing and harmonium technique), lectures and concerts. This year for the first time, the course will be based in the Laidlaw Music Centre, taking advantage of the newly restored and rehomed T.C. Lewis organ of 1868 in the magnificent acoustic of the McPherson Recital Room. They are especially excited also to welcome Catalina Vicens from Bologna who will guide all participants through the basics of playing the Medieval organetto (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z5qWsMzZdfs). 

The participants typically range from teenagers to those in their eighties all of whom share a passion for the organ.
